What we sell: CraftyMaria.Kids sells printable digital products, including paper dolls, wardrobes, guides and bonus files, delivered as downloadable files. Nothing physical is shipped. Two bundles are available as one-time payments: the Basic Bundle for US$19 and the Complete Package for US$29.
Order and payment: all orders are processed by Whop, which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller of record. Whop handles the payment, the invoice and any applicable taxes, and Whop terms also apply to your transaction.
Delivery: access is granted as soon as payment is confirmed. You are redirected to a confirmation page with the download link for your files, and the same link is sent to the email address used at checkout. Please provide a valid email address and save your files after downloading.
Licence: you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the files for personal, family or classroom use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or publish the files, in whole or in part, and you may not use them to create products for sale. All content remains the property of CraftyMaria.Kids.
Acceptable use: you agree not to copy this site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer: the products are provided as is, for entertainment and educational purposes. Printing requires your own printer, paper and supplies, and results may vary. Adult supervision is recommended whenever children use scissors.
Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Changes: we may update these terms at any time, and the current version is always published on this page.
