Refund Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026. CraftyMaria.Kids offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every digital product sold on www.craftymaria.com.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. You do not need to justify your decision.
The guarantee applies to both bundles, the Basic Bundle for US$19 and the Complete Package for US$29, including all bonus files.
How to request a refund: send an email to support@craftymaria.com from the address you used at checkout, including your order number or the Whop receipt you received by email. You can also request the refund directly from the Whop receipt, since Whop is the Merchant of Record for your purchase.
Processing: refunds are issued by Whop to the original payment method. Once approved, the refund is normally processed within 3 to 5 business days, and your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the credit.
After a refund: your licence to use the files ends and you must delete any copies you downloaded or printed.
Exceptions: requests made after the 30-day window may be declined. Repeated or abusive refund requests, and cases where the files were resold or redistributed, may also be declined.
Chargebacks: if something is wrong, please contact us first. We will always try to solve it before you open a dispute with your bank.
